Live Nation concerts limit size of bags
LIVE NATION BAG POLICY IS RIDICULOUS! To be clear, this is not a policy of The Mann nor of Ticketmaster. However, be aware that Live Nation greatly restricts the size of handbags that can be brought into The Mann in Philadelphia--to something not much larger than a cell phone. Otherwise, they force you to purchase a clear plastic bag for $10 to hold the contents of your purse, plus your purse before you can go through Security! Meanwhile, other people are carrying in folding chairs stuffed with items much larger than what the plastic bag holds. The reason for this policy: COVID. That doesn't even make sense! If it's to make sure that no one is walking in with a weapon, then simply inspect the handbag interior contents, just as many museums do.
